Hi! I'm Alex. I live in South Miami and I'm the Camp Expert for families across Miami-Dade and the surrounding areas. I work alongside Karen Meister, and between us we've placed families throughout South Florida for years.

Why I love this job

There's a moment when a family stops worrying and starts getting excited. That's the whole job. Getting them there faster than they could on their own.

Why I feel camp is a valuable experience

Camp is where kids figure out who they are without anyone from home watching. They try things they'd never try at school. They come back different.
